TRAY DEVICE FOR INSPECTION OF INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR QUALITY OF PRODUCE

A tray device that, once produce is placed on a tray, continues to operate in that state and is capable of interior quality inspection of a gustatory component of the produce and of imaging inspection of appearance quality of four sides of the object body such as colors and damage. A vertically penetrating guide hole is provided at the center of a tray that is installed on the upper part of a tray body so as to be tiltable sideways. A seat support body and a seat on which produce is placed are assembled and rotatably fitted in the guide hole, where the seat support body has a transmission light path formed in it and the transmission light path shields transmission light from the produce against the outside and guides the light downward. A part of the seat support body is exposed outward, as an external contact section, from a sidewall of the tray. When the external contact section is made to be in contact with a contact pivot device provided at a predetermined position on a side of a transportation path, the seat body and the seat provided on the seat support body are pivoted to cause forward and backward side faces to be left and right side faces.
