<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document approval management system which improves a linkage between an RFID and a paper document medium. <P>SOLUTION: A document approval means 11 writes approval information to an RFID tag 3 by using an RFID tag seal approval device 4 and records the approval information to a document approval information recording part 12 from the document information and the approval information which are read by an RFID information reading-and-displaying device 5, the document information and the approval information being recorded to the RFID tag 3. The document approval information recording part 12 records document information and approval information, which are input from a document information inputting device 13, and the approval information given by the document approval means 11. The RFID tag seal approval device 4 records the approval information to the RFID tag 3 and executes an approval action by attaching a seal image on a paper-medium document 2.
