PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly complete reading of an information code without making any mistake as much as possible.

SOLUTION: A control circuit reads an information code reading index from an RF tag, and detects information equivalent to an information code reading index from a two-dimensional image at the same time (S1 to S5), and applies information equivalent to the information code reading index to execute the decoding of a two-dimensional code (S9). Thus, it is possible to quickly complete the reading of the information code without making any mistake as much as possible.
