<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a probe immobilization carrier capable of preventing contamination between spots or probe immobilization onto a background area when manufacturing the probe immobilization carrier, and preventing the occurrence of nonspecific adsorption at the manufacturing time, concerning the probe immobilization carrier for detecting a target material. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the probe immobilization carrier using a base material including a reactive group for immobilizing a probe as a material, includes the following steps (1)-(3): (1) a process for performing spot contact of a droplet including the probe onto the base material; (2) a process for deactivating the reactive group existing outside a spot-contact domain of the base material; (3) and a process for removing an unreacted probe existing in the spot-contacted droplet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
