PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily display or announce, with sound or voice, information such as a balance recorded in an electronic money card, and to automatically or manually end the display of the balance by validly using portable personal electronic device equipped with a clock function for displaying a time or date like an electronic watch. SOLUTION: When a terminal 15a of an electronic money card 15 is connected with a terminal 28 for a card (S40: Yes), card information recorded in an electronic money card 15 is read (S42), and balance information or date information is displayed on a display 24 by stopping clock display (S43). Thus, the balance can be easily confirmed through the display of the display 24. Also, the card information can be displayed by validly utilizing the display provided at personal terminal equipment. Also, the balance can be outputted with voice through a speaker as necessary. |
