PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear projection type display device which easily makes the depth of the display device short, to make it thin at the time of storing the rear projection type display device. SOLUTION: The angle of a reflecting mirror 4 is changed so as to approach a diffusion screen 5 in parallel accompanied with making the depth of a cabinet housing an optical system small. Thus, it is possible to easily make the depth of this display device short and to make it thin, by only pushing the front and rear frames from the outside of the display device in the direction of bringing them close to each other. |
