PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in low-temperature fixability, hot-offset resistance and storage stability. SOLUTION: The toner comprises an electrophotographic toner binder comprising a modified polyethylene-based resin (A) obtained by modifying a low-molecular-weight polyethylene-based resin (a1) having a melt viscosity at 140°C of 100-8,000 mPa s with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its anhydride (a2) and a styrene copolymer (B) containing a functional group (b) which reacts with a carboxyl group of (a2), wherein (A) and (B) are at least partly grafted together.
