A health-supplementary food composition using honey and medicinal herbs and its preparation method are provided to enable consumers to conveniently take the effective ingredients of honey and medicinal herbs. A health-supplementary food composition using honey and medicinal herbs is prepared by the steps of: (a) putting honey in a stirrer, and adding 0.02~0.04wt% of pepper powder, 0.15~0.18wt% of red pepper powder, 0.5~0.7wt% of wheat flour, 0.15~0.18wt% of ginger powder, 0.05~0.1wt% of walnut powder, 0.05~0.2wt% of a grape liquid, 0.3~0.5wt% of a pomegranate liquid, and 0.5~0.7wt% of a citron liquid in the stirrer, based on the weight of the honey, to make a mixture; (b) putting the mixture and water in a container, kneading them, and forming the dough into pills by a pill-forming machine; and (c) drying the pills at 20~25°C for 20~24hr.
