A container door sealing system with an anti-theft device is provided to prevent the door from being opened or being slightly opened without removing the sealing of the container, and to prevent a deliberate break of the sealing. A container door sealing system(10) for theft prevention comprises: a first bracket(100), a second bracket(200), and a sealing device(300). The first bracket includes a primary mount(110) mounted on a door frame as one body with a support(130) near to a locking rod(LR), a long hole(140) to facilitate a translational rotation of the second bracket, and a support part(150) with a through-hole(151) concentric with a through-hole(210) at the second bracket mounted on the locking rod. The sealing device includes a through pin(301) inserted in the top-to-down direction, of which end portion(351) is inserted into a fixed groove(303a) of a locking part(303).
