<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit removing device capable of removing attached water droplets without shielding a visual field upon photographing by utilizing centrifugal force. <P>SOLUTION: The deposit removing device is characterized in that a water droplet removing filter and a motor are integrated. The deposit removing device comprises an outer cylinder 3 and an inner cylinder 2 accommodated by the outer cylinder 3. A rotor 4, a stator 5, a commutator 7, etc. are arranged between the two cylinders. The rotor is fixed to the inner cylinder. Electricity which is generated by external battery 15 moves through the rotor and generates a magnet field. By two magnetic fields of a magnetic field generated by a permanent magnet fixed to the outer cylinder and the magnetic field generated on the rotor, repulsing or attracting force is generated and high-speed rotation motion is transmitted to the inner cylinder. Thereby, the rotation is transmitted to a window 1 of the front part as well.
