<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine capable of restraining an air-fuel ratio error by reducing fuel pressure pulsation in a common rail of the internal combustion engine, and capable of improving exhaust gas performance. <P>SOLUTION: The control device 100 for the internal combustion engine 10 is provided at least with a high pressure fuel pump 60 for reciprocating a pressurizing member 2 by rotation of a pump driving cam 43 in a pressurizing chamber 32 for pressurizing fuel, sucking the fuel in an amount adjusted by a solenoid valve 7 into the pressurizing chamber 32, and pressurizing and delivering the sucked fuel; a fuel accumulating chamber 53 for accumulating the fuel delivered from the high pressure fuel pump 60; and a fuel injection valve 30 for injecting the fuel in the accumulating chamber 53 into a cylinder. The control device 100 controls start timing when the fuel injection valve 30 starts injection of the fuel based on delivery timing of the fuel delivered from the high pressure fuel pump 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
