A method for manufacturing a rail spring of a wiper type and an apparatus thereof are provided to overcome inefficiency of a drawing process and a coiling process of stainless steel by using a POWLAC coating method. A method for manufacturing a rail spring of a wiper type in an electrostatic flow coating apparatus comprises the following steps of: supplying a resin composition POWLAC for paints to a paint supply tube(4b) of the electrostatic flow coating apparatus in which a tempering chamber(51) and a curing chamber(52) are installed on both sides of a coating chamber; performing coating with an electrostatic flow method on a steel core line through the tempering chamber; and completing a hardening process through the curing chamber. |
