<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold releasing agent composition satisfactory regarding influence on environment, safety and toxicity and high in work efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mold releasing agent composition contains a component (A), a component (B) and a solvent (C). The component (A) is fluorophosphate ester of specific structure or its salt, the component (B) is a silicone compound, a silane compound and/or paraffin wax, and the solvent (C) is a fluorine-based solvent of aliphatic fluorocarbons having a substituted hydrogen atom and/or fluorocarbon having the substituted hydrogen atom and an ether-based oxygen atom.
