Disclosed are an organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The device includes: a substrate including a light emitting area and a non-light emitting area divided along the outer edge of the light emitting area, and of which the light emitting area is divided into multiple pixel areas including a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting diode; the thin film transistor including a light blocking layer, placed on the substrate in the thin film transistor area, a channel layer corresponding to the light blocking layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; the organic light emitting diode including a pixel electrode, connected with the drain electrode of the thin film transistor, and an organic light emitting layer and an electrode, which are placed on the pixel electrode; and at least one align key of which first and second align patterns are laminated on the substrate corresponding to the non-light emitting area. Therefore, the present invention is capable of increasing a recognition rate of the align key. |
