The present invention discloses an organic electroluminescence display device. More particularly, the present invention relates to an organic electroluminescence display device which estimates a change of characteristics for the threshold voltage of a diving transistor which is difficult to sense in real time and to correct, and performs degeneration correction based on its result, and a driving method thereof. According to the embodiment of the present invention, correction data is renewed by estimating a degeneration level according to the stress of the driving transistor according to the duration of an image for the correction data of the driving transistor. Thereby, a change of a threshold voltage can be corrected in real time. So, afterimage and brightness non-uniformity problems can be solved. |
