摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring pressure of an oil vapor recovery pipe and an operating method thereof. The apparatus for measuring pressure of an oil vapor recovery pipe according to the present invention, which measures pressure of the oil vapor recovery pipe at the time of recovering oil vapor in a state where an oil vapor recovery pipe opened at the time of recovering oil vapor of a lubricator provided with an oil vapor recovery device is provided with a shutoff valve and an oil vapor pump, comprising: a detection unit which is mounted on a nozzle of the lubricator; a measurement unit which measures pressure at the time of lubricating detected through the detection unit while a measurement unit shutoff valve is opened; a vacuum pump which lowers pressure of the oil vapor recovery pipe such that the lubrication pressure detected by the detection unit reaches a set value in a state where the shutoff valve is closed; a controller which controls operations of the oil vapor recovery device, the shutoff valve, the measurement unit shutoff valve, and the vacuum pump; and a record unit which records a pressure value of the measurement unit in a state before and after the operation of the vacuum pump, and a pressure value of the oil vapor recovery pipe. According to the present invention, the apparatus for measuring pressure of an oil vapor recovery pipe is connected to the oil vapor recovery pipe of the lubricator nozzle provided with a volatile organic compound recovery device (VRS: vapor recovery system) in a gas station, pressure is applied, it is determined whether an airtight member of a hose connection portion and a swivel joint by pressure loss of the oil vapor recovery pipe, it is possible to determine whether measurement performance is decreased by confirming whether there is a minus error influence on lubricator accuracy and pressure loss at the time of using a broken component, it is possible to analyze a failure cause of main components of a lubricator such as a hose and a swivel joint, and it is possible to figure out a cause of measurement performance degradation of the lubricator.
