According to an embodiment of the present invention, a battery module with a replaceable fuse box comprises: a battery cell assembly made of a plurality of battery cells; a module case made of an upper end module case and a lower end module case which package the battery cell assembly; a sensing circuit configured to sense power of the plurality of battery cells installed in one side of the module case; and a fuse box coupled and assembled with the module case by an attaching/detaching method to be replaceable and connected to the sensing circuit by a connector method. Therefore, the battery module can replace only the fuse box.
