The present invention relates to a method for cooling a server rack using a server rack cooler, wherein the method comprises the steps of: receiving an amount of processing data per unit time contained in a server rack and temperature data of the server rack; determining whether the amount of processing data per unit time is greater than a preset amount of processing data; cooling the server rack with a closed cooling method if the amount of processing data per unit time is less than the preset amount of processing data; and determining the temperature change of the server rack when the amount of processing data per unit time is determined to be greater than a preset amount of processing data, and cooling the server rack with an open cooling method if a temperature change of the server rack is less than a preset temperature change and cooling the server rack with a mixed cooling method if the temperature change of the server rack is greater than a preset temperature change. Thereby, computerized equipment inside the server rack can be effectively cooled. |
