The present invention provides a composite tablet for oral administration and a method for manufacturing the same, the composite tablet for oral administration comprising: a sustained release layer including melatonin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and a gel-forming polymer as a sustained release agent; and an immediate release layer including sertraline or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
