The present invention relates to a display device and a driving method thereof. Especially, the present invention relates to a display device including a white pixel and a driving method thereof. The display device according to the present invention includes color pixels and a white pixel. The color pixels and the white pixel include at least one switching element. Each of the color pixels and the white pixel are closely arranged around a first region. The at least one switching element are assembled in the first region. So, the transmittance of the display device can be improved.
