The present invention relates to an anti-aging skin composition comprising isoflavone and icariside B2 for external uses. More particularly, the present invention relates to a skin composition using a synergic effect of isoflavone and icariside B2 for antioxidizing, promoting collagen synthesis, alleviating skin elasticity, and alleviating skin wrinkles. The skin composition for external uses according to the present invention contains a low concentration of isoflavone and icariside B2 with an optical content ratio, and exhibits effects of alleviating skin wrinkles and recovering skin elasticity by increasing biosynthesis of collagen in dermis.
