The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound represented by chemical formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein (A) the active ingredient (A) has a particle size distribution in which D90 of particles in the longest dimension of particles is 10 micrometers or less, and (B) the active ingredient is present in the form of granules in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle, with the proviso that the granules have a particle size distribution in which D10 of particles is 50 micrometers or more and D90 of particles is 400-500 micrometers.
