Disclosed are an unlocking method, device, and terminal, used for reducing the likelihood of erroneous operation. The method comprises: a signal of the edge of a touchscreen of a terminal is acquired; according to the acquired signal, it is determined whether the terminal is being held by a user; if the terminal is being held by a user and the terminal is in a sleep state, then the terminal is unlocked. The present disclosure is such that upon a user holding the terminal, the user may unlock the terminal, increasing the convenience and intelligence of user unlocking. |
