Manual dexterity type rotational toy - has holder vibrated to produce rotation in another component with direction controlled by finger pressure

A rotational type toy for developing manual dexterity, has a moving section or component and a holder component of specially designed construction e.g. a series of notches (4). The holder component (1) is set into vibration such that one or more attachment or fixture devices absorb the motion and transform it into a rotational or alternative vibrational motion. Finger pressure applied to different surfaces eg. the surfaces (A or B) of the holder component (1) results in the transformed rotational or vibrational motion being directed in different orientations.
