PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator group supervisor controller, capable of operating without a long waiting time at a little cost of an average waiting time, and allowing comfortable use of a user. SOLUTION: In this elevator group supervisor controller, each of car evaluation value calculating parts 110-150 provided in respective elevator cars calculates a position evaluation value with which disposition of the car is not one-sided, while calculating an allocation evaluation value of the car according to the calculated position evaluation value. An allocation-deciding device 15 selects the car having the most suitable allocation evaluation value of the allocation evaluation values from the respective car evaluation value calculating parts 110-150, and allocates the selected car to a called hall.
