PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a curl cord manufacturing method and provide a curl inverting device capable of uniformizing the curled condition and enhancing the efficiency. SOLUTION: A curl inverting device 5 is composed of a winding jig mounting part 8 having a rotary shaft 6 on which a winding jig 3a after winding of a cord and heating can be mounted rotatably and a clamp 7 to hold one cord end (t), a rewind tension part 11 having a rotary shaft 10 equipped with a cord end pinching part 9 capable of rotatably pinching the other cord terminal (t) drawn out of the winding jig 3a, and a tension means to pull the rewind tension part 11, whereby a curl is inverted by pulling the part 11 by the tension means while the rotary shaft 10 is rotated in the direction that the wound cord is slackened. |
