PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respectively enhance deodorizing performance, sterilizing performance and dust removing performance of an air cleaning filter, and to provide various functions to the filter by attaching a honeycomb filter carrying an optical catalyst at least on one side of a deodorizing filter formed by enclosing a deodorizing agent between two sheets of air permeable base materials. SOLUTION: The deodorizing filter 4a formed by enclosing the deodorizing agent 3a between two sheets of air-permeable base materials 1a, 2a is cut in a flat shape and in a rectangular form, and the honeycomb filter 5 carrying the optical catalyst is stuck to an air-permeable base material 2a side at one side. The air-permeable base material 1a forming the deodorizing filter 4a is made from a dry type nonwoven fabric comprising primarily acrylic fiber and rayon, and the air-permeable base material 2a is an electret filter and the deodorizing agent 3a is granular adhering activated carbon. The honeycomb filter 5 is manufactured to sheet by a wet method by preparing a dispersion liquid of complex aggregate obtained by mixing and agitating titanium dioxide as the optical catalyst, zeolite as a adsorbent and fine cellulose as a flocculant, and mixing those with a base fiber raw material. |
