PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a primer solution for improving the adhesion to the substrate made of fluorosilicone elastomer by using a primer composition and a volatile silicone elastomer. SOLUTION: This fluorosilicone primer includes (A) a primer composition (preferably contains an alkoxy silane substituted with epoxy groups, a titanium compound selected from the group of titanium ortho alcoholate and titanium orthoesters, and a silicon compound selected from silicon oorthoalcoholates and silicon orthoesters) and (B) a volatile silicone solvent (preferably hexa methyl cyclo tri siloxane, 1,1,3,3,5,5,7,7-octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexamethyldisiloxane or the like). |
