The invention relates to a moulding composition which is a mixture of a graft copolymer A and PVC. The graft copolymer A makes up 70-95 % by weight of the moulding composition and contains a monomer from the group consisting of vinyl aromatic monomers and the group consisting of ethylenically unsaturated monomers, grafted on to a rubber from the series consisting of polybutadienes, polyacrylates or EPDM. Component B is present in the moulding composition in a proportion of 5-30 % by weight and is a polymer of vinyl chloride prepared by a batch method and having a Fikentscher K value of 75-90 and a mean particle diameter (primary particles) of a) 0.02-1.0 mu m (emulsion polymer) or b) 0.1-2.0 mu m (micro suspension polymer). The moulding composition may additionally contain conventional additives and is used for the preparation of mixtures with polyvinyl chloride.
