PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substitute roof marking or the like through simple processing without limiting it only in the case of absence by transferring a document to an agent shown by agent information when a document flow is generated and flag information registered corresponding to the flow destination information of that document shows the agent information is effective. SOLUTION: A proxy user ID and a flag showing whether the proxy user ID is effective or not are previously registered in a document flow destination information recording part 5 corresponding to the document flow destination information such as a flow destination user name and flow destination user ID. A document managing access means 11 displays the list of the document flow destinations on client terminal equipment 2 and when a user designates any document flow destination out of this list, the document managing access means 11 acquires the flow destination user ID and transmits the prepared document to a document managing server 1. While referring to the document flow destination information inside a document flow destination information recording part 5, a flow destination information registration reference means 7 transfers the document to the designated flow destination. |
