PURPOSE:To decrease the time for executing diagnosis by giving selectively a stationary carry signal respectively to an input of counters at the 2nd and succeeding stages at least at diagnosis and extracting externally an output of a readout circuit. CONSTITUTION:A diagnosis mode set signal is transmitted to an FF15 to set the mode to the diagnostic mode. While the FF15 is set, a carry signal is outputted at all times to output signal lines 209-215 from the 1st-3rd selecting circuits 30-50. When a counter revision pulse is transmitted by a counter revision pulse generating circuit 60, the pulse is applied to the input of the 4th counter 14 and transmitted also to the 1st-3rd counters 11-13 via carry signal lines 205- 207 from the 1st-3rd AND gate circuits 21-23 as a carry signal. A counter revision pulse is generated by the number of times of (counter maximum value)+1 and the carry signal on the carry signal lines 201-204 is read out from a readout circuit 16 by the instruction for attaining the test. |
