PURPOSE:To permit even high-ridge operation of an agricultural tractor by widening the space between wheels by a method in which an intermediate axle and wheel axle are interlocked in a gear deceleration manner and the downside of a transmission case is recessed between left-and right-handed intermediate cases. CONSTITUTION:A sidewardly turned intermediate axle 5 is supported on both left- and right-handed sides of a transmission case 3 incorporated with a differential mechanism 1 and a differential locking mechanism 2, and an intermediate case incorporated with a reduction gear transmitting mechanism 6 to interlock the sidewardly turned intermediate axle 5 and an output axle 4 is fixed. Left and right wheel axles 8 are supported on the sideward outside of the intermediate case 7, and under the condition that the wheel axle case 10 incorporated with the reduction gear transmitting mechanism 9 to interlocke the wheel axle 8 and the outside end of the intermediate axle 5 is positioned in a recessed space 12 formed by the wheel rim 11A of the rear wheel 11, the wheel case 10 is attached in a freely turnable and fixable manner around the axis of the sidewardly turned intermediate axle 5. |
