发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING TEMPERATURE OF TUBULAR OBJECT
摘要 PURPOSE:To control precisely an operating condition for a furnace by scanning and measuring the temp. on one end side of a tubular object and obtaining the information on the measured temp. corresponding to the temp. measuring position by using the size of the tubular object in the stage of measurement and the value indicating the installation condition of a radiation thermometer. CONSTITUTION:A radiation thermometer 4 scans a visual field angle range theta for measurement and measures the temp. in the range of the outside and inside surfaces of a steel pipe 1 in a furnace 2 corresponding to the angle theta. The detection signal from the thermometer 4 is converted to a temp. signal in a temp. measuring signal circuit 11 and the momentary scanning angle + or -thetaa of the thermometer 4 is determined in a scanning angle signal circuit 12. The distance L1 between the end part 6 on the temp. measuring side of the steel pipe 1 in the furnace 2 and the inside surface on the furnace side wall as well as the outside diameter D and wall thickness (t) of the pipe 1 are set and inputted in a setter 13. The relative height H, distance L2 and reference inclination angle alpha with respect to the pipe 1 as well as the distance L0max at which the outside surface temp. of the steel pipe can be measured and which is limited from the installation condition of the thermometer 4 are set and inputted in a setter 14. The temp. measuring position and the measured temp. value are made correspondent and are outputted in a measuring circuit 18 for a temp. pattern. The max. and min. value of the temp. difference between the inside surface and outside surface as well as the average temp. difference are outputted in an arithmetic circuit 19 for the temp. difference.
