PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the destruction of a reception buffer on the side of encoded data reception equipment even when the amount of transmission data is increased by switching the encoded data during the transmission of data. SOLUTION: When data are transmitted from respective transmitters 101-103, respective correspondent data storage time (vbv delay 0) detecting parts 104a-104c detect DTS0 multiplexed on the respective data and a maximum DTS0 selecting part 104d selects maximum one of DTS0 detected by the respective DTS0 detecting parts 104a-104c and outputs it to a DTS0 replacing part 104f. When data are switched at the DTS0 replacing part 104f, the selected maximum DTS0 is replaced with the DTS0 in data to be newly switched and outputted, and sent out to encoded data reception equipment 105. |
