PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily accomplish various operations at a relaxed attitude by making the structure compact without being complicated. SOLUTION: This body fat meter 10 is provided with an operating part 6 to input personal data of a subject, a display part 7 to display at least a body fat rate thereon, the body 1 thereof on which is formed a group of electrodes comprising two sets of one pair of one current path forming electrode 2 and one electrode 3 for measuring a voltage to allow measuring of the impedance of a living being by bringing both hands of the subject separately into contact with the one set of electrodes and a measuring surface 4 on which the group of electrodes are arranged to allow pressing of both the hands of the subject thereon and an arithmetic section to compute a body fat rate based on the personal data and the impedance of the living being. The body 1 of the body fat meter is provided with an installing means to install the body 1 at a specified location of a building. |
