PURPOSE:To improve the extent of safety in a way of preventing a steering hydraulic actuator from being suddenly operated at the time of engine starting, by installing a steering operation forbidding device forbidding any actuation of the steering hydraulic actuator. CONSTITUTION:Actuation of a solenoid valve is controlled so as to cause a detection value of a potentiometer R0 detecting a target steering angle theta0 by a handle H to accord with each detection value of potentiometer R1 and R2 detecting an actual steering angle theta, driving both hydraulic cylinders 5F and 5R. And, when an engine, whose stop signal S1 is in an H level, is in stoppage and these angles theta0 and theta are incongruous, a flip-flop 25 is set whereby the output comes to an L level, making a gate G2 come off, and current-energization to the solenoid valve is interrupted, thus each actuation of these hydraulic cylinders 5F and 5R is automatically forbidden. |
