PURPOSE:To constitute a device with a small size and low cost even when many dip switch functions are held by storing and displaying the information at the time of an initial setting. CONSTITUTION:A nonvolatile memory means 1 stores the prescribed condition information of object equipment, and even when an electric power source is turned off, the means holds memory information. The reading mode or writing mode of the nonvolatile memory means 1 is set by an action mode setting means 2, the address is designated by an address designating means 6, and the address information designated in such a way is displayed at an address information display means 7. A condition information input/output means 12, when the nonvolatile memory means 1 is a reading mode, latches the data stored in the designating address, displays the corresponding condition information, and at the time of the writing mode, outputs the data corresponding to condition information, which is displayed, to a designating address. The display contents at the reading mode can be updated by a condition information updating means 13.
