PURPOSE:To enable the application of a single set of paper connecting device and to make each roll carry in and carry out positions one place by installing a stand holding rolled based paper rotatably around an axis on the rack of the subject device by and making the base paper feed devices movable in lengthwise and breadthwise directions on the same plane via a transfer means such as a roller. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of base paper feed devices 8 and 9 are made movable in lengthwise and breadthwise directions, using a transfer means such as a roller, and move in the order of positions (d) (e) (f) (g) (d). According to the aforesaid constitution, a positional relation between rolled base paper 11 under an un-rolling process and standby rolled paper 12 is always identical and paper connecting becomes possible with one set of paper connecting devices 10. Also, it is unnecessary to keep the carry out position of the unrolled paper 11 an the carry in position of new rolled paper 13 in line with each other, and each carry out position (e) and carry in position (f) is one place for a plurality of the base paper feed devices.
