PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by minimizing the number of accessory parts related to the installation of a water temperature detecting means, in an extracted drink producing device. SOLUTION: In this extracted drink producing device, a water temperature detecting means 20 such as a thermostat which is a necessary element to avoid a boiling phenomenon in a water supply channel 11 is additionally provided at the outer periphery of a water supply nozzle part 1a integrally and protrusively provided at the bottom part of a tank 1. This constitution can avoid a user's hand and a washing instrument coming in contact with the water temperature detecting means 20 in washing the tank 1, and almost all conventional accessory parts can be eliminated in regard to the installation of the water temperature detecting means 20.
