PURPOSE:To provide a heat-resisting micro-diameter coaxial wire which comprises a separator layer formed right over its foamed insulation, the separator layer being thinned, and which can resist heat during soldering. CONSTITUTION:In the micro-diameter coaxial wire, a foamed insulator 2 between internal conductors 1 and external conductors 4 arranged coaxially therewith has a foam degree of 40% or more. Directly over this foamed insulator 2, a heat-resisting tape 3 made of a resin having a heat resistance of at least 150 deg.C or higher and modified to a thickness of 2 to 10mum, the tape 3 having an adhesion layer on one surface thereof, is wound with its adhesion layer being directed inwards. |
