PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the edge of a lever while preventing the direct contact of the edge of the clip lever and a liner, by engaging the clip lever by a press apparatus arranged between the clip lever and the clip main body. CONSTITUTION:A film 11 is stretched in predetermined magnification while passed through a tenter 8 and, when a lever member 41 is contacted with a clip opener 9a in an outlet part, a clip lever 21 is revolved to a counterclockwise direction against the compression spring 36 of a press apparatus 30 to release the film 11. Subsequently, the contact part 28 of a lower lever 24 is contacted with the outer cylinder 35 of the press apparatus 30 which is, in turn, revolved to a clockwise direction around a spring pin 34 and held under this state after passing a dead point and the clip lever 21 is kept under an open state. When the clip lever 21 is subsequently reaches the inlet part of the tenter 8, the lever member 41 is contacted with a clip closer 9d and the clip lever 21 is revolved to a clockwise direction against the press apparatus 30 to grip the film 11. |
