The hydro transformer is embedded in transmissions for transportation, and other self-propelled, machines. It saves fuel, because the variation in the pump wheel's moment is automatic. It consists of a pump wheel (2), statically attached to an incoming shaft (1). Against the wheel is a turbine wheel (3) with the outgoing shaft (4). A reactor (5) wheel is attached between the pump and turbine wheel, and is connected, via a muffle (6) for free motion, to a statically-attached corpus (7) of the transformation reactor axis (8). To the pump wheel is attached a crown cog wheel (9), fastened to a central cog wheel (10), via satellite cog wheels (11), shafted on a guide (12), which, in turn, is connected to the axis of the reactor via a muffle for free motion. The central cogwheel is statically connected to the reactor wheel.
