This device is used in metalworking, machine engineering, car engineering, etc. It enhances the durability of its working elements, while the stability of the technological process is high. The prepared piece has good mechanical properties. The device consists of a bottom compositional matrix /5/, fitted to a distance plate /4/. On the bottom compositional matrix is placed a top compositional matrix /14/, while in the aperture of the two matrices, a static arbour /7/ is axially placed, formed with a conical part in its top edge and axial ribs corresponding to the number of cogs of the stamped cog wheel. The arbour is encompassed by a plug ejector /10/, fitted in a heel /9/, located on ejecting pins /8/, located in a padding plate /3/, hinged to the bottom plate /1/. The conical part and the ribs form an α angle between 6 and 10 degrees.
