PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container lid material excellent in gas barrier properties, shape holdability, ultraviolet shielding properties and heat resistance and light in wt. and easy in post-treatment after use by using a laminated film wherein a layer comprising a liquid crystal polymer showing optical anisotropy at the time of melting and a layer comprising paper are laminated. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin such as polyolefin or polystyrene dissolved in a solvent is dispersed on the polymer layer of a laminated film of a paper layer/ liquid crystal polymer layer and a solvent is evaporated to dryness to form a film or a thermoplastic resin is preliminarily extruded from a T-die or a cylindrical die in a molten state to form a film which is, in turn, bonded to the liquid crystal polymer layer under heating and pressure. Or, a laminated film is obtained by using an adhesive or an adhesive resin or a liquid crystal polymer and a thermoplastic resin are respectively melted to be applied to a paper layer by co-extrusion to obtain a laminated film and this laminated film is bonded to the flange part of a packing container by heat sealing to apply a lid to the container. By this constitution, a lid material excellent in gas barrier properties, shape holdability, ultraviolet shielding properties and heat resistance, light in wt., low in cost and easy in post-treatment after use is obtained. |
