PURPOSE:To obtain a cubicle in which abnormality can be detected accurately with no effect of noise. CONSTITUTION:A box unit is insulated by means of an insulating barrier 7 interposed between the box unit and an outer frame 11. Furthermore, grounding bus 8 of the box unit is connected through a dedicated grounding bus 13 with the grounding bus 12 of the outer frame 11 and the leak current is collected to the dedicated grounding bus 13 upon occurrence of abnormality and then measured through a current transformer 14. |
