PURPOSE:To prevent calculation error, transfer error and subject instruction error when preparing a budget at a budget managing section. CONSTITUTION:In an operation step S1, the code and name of a subject are registered on a file and in an operation step S2, estimated contents are registered on the file while referring to this information. In an operation step S3, this is summed up and in an operation step S4, the calculation error, transfer error and subject instruction error are checked. When there is any error, the operations are repeated from the operation Step S2 and when there is no error, the budget is outputted in an operation step S5. |
