The invention relates to a die plate for a stamping die the production of carton box blanks which comprises a laminated plate built up from a carrier film (1) and a layer (2) consisting of a phenolic paper laminate with inlaid fabric. In the layer (2) of phenolic paper laminate, grooves are milled as opposing contour to the punch of the stamping die, the base of the grooves being formed by the carrier film (1), which preferably consists of polyester. The die plate can be removably arranged on the working plate (5) of a stamping machine by means of a double-sided adhesive layer. Since the base of the grooves (4) consists of the flexible carrier film (1), the die plate is lent a relatively high flexibility. Multiple re-usage of the die plate is thus possible. Furthermore, a method is claimed for producing a lower die for a stamping die using the above-described die plate. <IMAGE> |
