PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a high air suction/air diffusion performance by obtaining a stable tornado flow regardless of installation position of an apparatus in an air suction/air diffusion apparatus utilizing the tornado flow. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with an air suction inlet 5 and an air diffusion outlet 9 surrounding the air suction inlet 5 in a same plane, air sucked through the air suction inlet 5 is diffused through the air diffusion outlet 9 as a swirling flow A1, and simultaneously a tornado flow A2 directed toward the air suction inlet 5 is produced inside of it. In this case, an air current adhesion prevention means for preventing the swirling flow A1 diffused from the air diffusion outlet 9 from adhering to a same face 4a side provided in the air diffusion outlet 9. By such a constitution, an air flow diffused from the air diffusion outlet 9 is prevented from adhering to the same face 4a side by air current adhesion prevention action of the air current adhesion prevention means, the swirling flow A1 by the air flow is formed stably, and the tornado flow A1 inside of it is stably generated along with it so that a high air suction/ air diffusion performance is assured by a strong suction force of the tornado flow A2. |
