PURPOSE:To prevent sound-absorbing boards from getting ceiling board fitted with the sound-absorbing boards. CONSTITUTION:A easing part 2 is projected on the underside of a concrete board 1, and porous sound-absorbing boards 4, 4 surrounded by the easing parts 2 and throating grooves 5 are integrally stuck on the concrete board 1. Built-up reinforcements 3 are embedded in the concrete board 1 so that the upper half parts thereof are exposed on the upper side of the concrete board 1. After water is sprayed on the sound-absorbing boards 4, 4 placed side by side inside a form and is applied thereto, ready mixed concrete is placed thereon and a concrete ceiling board A fitted with the sound-absorbing boards is produced, and thus the sound-absorbing board 4 and concrete are connected to each other integrally and strongly.
