PURPOSE:To prevent a film-winding up pipe from being fluttered or flapped by strong wind even in the case the pipe is long, and thus prevent the transparent films for green houses from being damaged by the fluttering of the winding-up pipe due to wind. CONSTITUTION:On the outside face of a transparent film 5B at a ventillation zone where the lower end of which film is fixed to the winding-up pipe 18, a plurality of rods 19 each for preventing the floating-up of the pipe 18 are set to the winding-up pipe 18 at a prescribed interval in its lengthwise direction. The position of the rod 19 for preventing the floating-up of the winding-up rod 18 is made changeable between a position where the pipe 18 can wind up the film 5B and a position where the pipe 18 is prevented from floating-up. |
